- Preparation of presentation
- Contacted Exposure (the youth organisation) and received feedback from them
- The date and time we are going to ask the guest speaker to attend our talk with some of the young people at a youth organisation
- Discussed the various methods of getting our message across about the importance of voting, including handing out cupcakes to the young people along with leaflet

Olivier - Print off leaflets and poster, and plan out speech for event
Gabriele - Upload part 1 of dossier and plan out speech for event
Natalie - Inform the guest speaker of the date and time when arranged, to check it is suitable for him/her, and plan out speech
Lisa - Plan out speech for event
Natasha - Inform Exposure of the date and time for the talk and give feedback to group, and plan out speech
