T-shirts must be ready for presentation+demo on monday 4th of april. Aniela and Jipsa will do them.
We are finished with our event-planning which will be a small demonstration in Enfield Town mainly for handing out flyers. This will take place on Church Street at 4 PM.
Flyers and posters will be finished and printed in time for the presentation. Gordon is taking care of this.
We need to make sure we have the posters on the campus sites for others information. Thuy and Jipsa will take care of thid
We have not received funding, money for t-shirts and flyers will come from us.
We will meet at 10.45 in BarN14 on campus on monday for presentation preparing.
We have also discussed what other events other campaigns are having that might be interesting and we will maybe go to the "eat smart, keep fit" event on monday to give our support. We will discuss this further on monday.
If possible, we will use a megaphone on the small demo. Tonje will check if this is obtainable in any way/legal to use.
