We discussed what needs to be done for the Campaign and the roles of who can do them. We identified things that we will need for our campaign such as a facebook group etc. We discussed that it we could create a website using Adobe Dreamweaver. We will do some research for the website and link it to the wikipage. It would aslo be good if the group satrted planning the short film as it would help for the youtube clip on the website.
We talked about organising a fundraising event although we need to start planning some ideas for it. We can use the fundraising to donate to a certain charity or use it as funding for our campaign. We can use the ingredients from tesco to bake something and sell it as a fundraiser. We can also contact Arther Potts form the Peoples market to maybe come in or even contact "the diner exchange". We were told that we have only two weeks to organize an event.
We will need to create, Flyers, Logo, Youtube short film, Myspace, Facebook and as soon as possible. We also aksed about t he funding and were told to contact Jacki Waterhouse and her email can be found in the Middlesex Directory.
We need to do most of the things for facebook but with the Logo, we need all the gorup to have a rough sketch so that we can choose the best one. We can also start planning the flyer but the poster can be done by stephen and myself as we have the softwares at home, but we can do with input of how the design should look.
